Shelly Sack

Owner & Cosmetologist (licensed in South Dakota)

Originally from Rapid City, SD, Shelly worked in banking and accounting before earning her cosmetology license in 1987. She combined all of her professional experience when she founded Eden Med Spa in 2020, and now proudly offers comprehensive healthcare and aesthetic services to the greater Bismarck-Mandan area. Shelly is a doting grandmother to two beautiful children. Her second greatest love is making memories with friends and family, and she especially enjoys travel. She has been outside of the country on over 40 occasions!

Sherri Klatt

Master Cosmetologist, Owner of Image U

Independent provider located within Eden Med Spa

Though she was born in the great state of Wyoming, Sherri grew up in the even greater state of North Dakota. She has worked as a licensed hairstylist for more than three decades, and is proud to have honed her talents across the world in Paris, New York City, Chicago, Denver and Long Beach, CA. Sherri has watched beauty trends come and go and come back again, and is eager to help her clients look their very best with her specialties in family haircare, trendy cuts, dimensional color, balayage, extensions and special occasion makeup. Sherri handles all cosmetology services at Eden Med Spa.

Paige Irey

BSN, RN

Paige found her love for helping people when she was only six years old and made her decision that she wanted to be a nurse when she grew up. Paige graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Mayville State University. She has experience in Medical/Oncology but her true passion is women’s health. Paige has worked as a Labor and Delivery nurse since 2018 and is still going strong. Paige has recently obtained her education for a Certified Lactation Consultant and is also trained in Neonatal Resuscitation and Basic Life Support. She has experience in eyelash extensions and is always looking to broaden her education. Her love for empowering women has brought her to Eden Med Spa in 2023. When Paige is not at work, she loves traveling the world, planting in her garden, and spending time with family/friends. Paige is ND certified in lash extensions.

Renae Grimes

Owner, Seven-O-One Self Care

Independent provider located within Eden Med Spa

I was born and raised in Bismarck ND. I graduated from BHS and pursued my Massage Therapy degree. I graduated from Rasmussen College in 2008 with a AS in Business Science and Massage Therapy, I have been practicing in Bismarck since this time. My specialty is trigger point and deep tissue muscle relief. I am a huge believer in self-care and the power of the body to heal itself. Outside of my general modalities I also offer Raindrop Therapy (YL) and cupping. I am a consultant for Young Living products as well. 


In my daily life I am a Coding Supervisor for Inpatient services and Critical Care at Trinity Health. I have been with my spouse for over 15 years and we have a wonderful daughter who is in elementary.


In my past time I love all things outside and all the seasons ND gives us! I love to recharge and reconnect with our environments, through gardening and planting and even love when the cold takes out breath away. 


I look forward to pursuing my career at Eden Med Spa and am excited to be surrounded by other professionals in the Self Care industry.

Joni Little Owl

Joni is an experienced holistic health and beauty professional with over 15 years in the wellness industry. Her diverse expertise spans advanced bodywork, energy healing, and modern cosmetic artistry. 

  • Massage Therapy: Licensed since 2008, Joni has spent the last 10 years as a self-employed practitioner.
  • Energy Healing: She is a Reiki Master Teacher and conducts classes in Usui Reiki, a traditional Japanese energy healing system.
  • Permanent Makeup: Recently, she expanded her practice by becoming certified in permanent makeup (PMU).

Jessie Watson, BSN, RN

Originally from Garrison, I stayed close to my ND roots and have now called Bismarck my home for over 17 years. I graduated from MedCenter One College of nursing with my BSN, RN in 2011. I felt called to the nursing profession for the obvious reason of helping people but also because knowing that what I do and the decisions I make can determine the outcome of someone’s well-being and health. I currently work full time in the hospital and look forward to incorporating another side of nursing at Eden Med Spa.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors, on the boat, whether on a lake or the River, anything active, and especially love spending time with family, which include my husband and three boys. My hope is to help my clients feel and look their best!
